I am Martyn Eames and have been running T-Park since 2000. What started as a few html pages to pass half an hour one night has grown into something which consumes a lot of my spare time and could be a full time job (if I made money from the site that is!).

I grew up in Mexborough, South Yorkshire attending Mexborough Comprehensive and then Thomas Rotherham College where I met my wife. We have been married now for over 5 years and have a fantastic little boy.

I got into Theme Parks after a visit to Alton Towers in 1998. I had visited numerous theme parks before this, but it was my first time on Nemesis which got me hooked on roller coasters, and the challenge began to find bigger, faster, taller rides to get the adrenaline running.

I have now been on 194 different roller coasters in 53 different theme parks around the world. A few years ago we went on an epic holiday to ride roller coasters in Las Vegas, Primm, San Diego, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We are now hoping to complete two more trips in the coming years, one driving through Europe on a coaster riding trip and then to travel down the east coast of America.

I have already started turning my son into a coaster junkie, he has been on 3 roller coasters already! He has been to countless theme parks and is already itching to get onto bigger and better things….
